Aleesha Young established herself as the top female professional bodybuilder during the latter half of the 2010s. Aleesha was a member of an extended family of athletes. Her father was a bodybuilder the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in sports such as ice hockey. Aleesha played soccer, softball, and basketball before she began fitness at 15. Aleesha was granted her professional card when she won the NPC USA Championships in 2014. Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro which she placed 9th. In 2015 she maintained her ninth place result. In the years 2015 and 2016, Aleesha placed sixth place at her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha was steady improvement since she won her debut professional competition at the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after winning the Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha had the best performance at the WOS Rising Phoenix competition, and placed 4th in 2020. The "World's strongest mother" was able to take a break in bodybuilding because of issues with her health.
